Women's Counseling
WHAT WOMEN REALLY WANT
Happiness • Joy & Bliss • Peacefulness • Self-confidence • Loving relationships
Deeper spiritual connection • Meaningful work • To feel loveable • To love their bodies

Women in Transition
One of my passions is helping and empowering women, particularly those who are going through life's most important changes such as divorce, loss of relationships, menopause, career change, new relationships, retirement, empty-nesters, or, caring for aging parents.  I especially enjoy working with women who are involved in personal soul searching work.  If you are one of these women, I honor you.  It's wise and courageous work.  This is the perfect time to explore your passion and life's vision, to have a better understanding of who you are and what your purpose is.  It's time to start feeding your spirit instead of draining your soul, time to find your bliss and start living joyfully and peacefully.

I use a variety of counseling and coaching methods depending on what you want; talk therapy, Native American healing ceremony, dream work, art and music therapy, eco-therapy (nature therapy).
